Our model is based on close community engagement and strong institutional relationships. We create effective, mutually beneficial partnerships within the communities in which we operate to drive our programs and impact via cooperation and collaboration with organizations doing related work in the fields of workforce development, immigrant and refugee issues, employment services and philanthropy.
Our community partners provide job seeker referrals and partner on community outreach and training events. Through in-kind space donations, on an annual basis each office is able to host events that engage hundreds if not thousands more job seekers, volunteers and employers who could not fit within the walls of our offices.
