Tadd Wamester, Training and Mentor Development

Tadd brings to Upwardly Global a wealth of training and educational experience. As Lead Teacher at Sylvan Learning Centers, Tadd was responsible for on boarding a diverse group of teachers and learning professionals. Also, as Head Teacher at GO Project, Tadd was responsible for designing and delivering curriculum to groups of elementary school students, as well as mentoring volunteer tutors and teaching assistants. Tadd is an active member American Society for Training and Development’s NY Chapter. In 2006, he was part of a dedicated team of ASTD-NY volunteers who redesigned and delivered the NY SBS Bank Teller Training curriculum. This program, based out of the NY WorkForce 1 Centers, assists individuals in making the jump from retail jobs to entry-level positions in financial services. Tadd received his B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University, and in 2008 will complete a M.A. degree in Business Education from NYU, Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. He is a Peter L. Agnew Scholar, as well as being the first recipient of the recently endowed Adrienne Gloria Frosch Scholarship. Tadd is on the Board of Delta Pi Epsilon, Alpha Chapter. DPE is a national graduate honorary society promoting scholarship, leadership, and cooperation toward the advancement of education for and about business.
