Julie Boitard, Finance, HR and Operations Associate

Julie is originally from France where she was dedicated to the Public Sector for 7 years. Early on in her profession, she collaborated with a cultural non-profit organization where she developed partnerships and contributed to the fundraising and development initiatives of the organization. Before joining Upwardly Global, Julie worked for the regional government of Aquitaine, France, in the field of economic development. She oversaw financial and economic partnerships, managing a multi-million dollar budget for science research. Julie holds a MA in Business Administration from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Bordeaux, France, and a B.A in Finance and Public Law from the University of Poitiers, France.
