Immigrant professionals face unique challenges as they interview for jobs in the U.S. Language and cultural differences can make it more difficult to understand these applicants.

This module will help you recognize how misunderstandings occur in cross-cultural interviews. It will suggest specific behaviors that will improve your ability to interview candidates from different cultures.

This module includes audio and video of interviews with immigrant professionals. Although the interviews were "mock" interviews, they were not scripted. The responses are spontaneous and real.
