Upwardly Global is convening employers to identify ways to champion inclusion in our workforce – now, as crisis reshapes the way we work in the short term, and also as we pivot towards a longer-term conversation about an inclusive recovery.
COVID-19 has surfaced many questions about how to prepare our workforce and economy to respond to crisis and disruption. Upwardly Global believes that the innovation and know-how of our diverse society–including the resilience of immigrants and refugees–must be tapped to build answers that will serve all.
With support from Accenture, WES’s Mariam Assefa Fund, and O.C. Tanner, we are working with employers to identify ways to champion inclusion in our workforce – now, as COVID reshapes the way we work in the short term, and also as we pivot towards a longer-term conversation about an inclusive recovery.
