With support from Accenture, WES’s Mariam Assefa Fund, and O.C. Tanner, we are convening employers to identify ways to champion inclusion in our workforce and to include immigrants and refugees in a broader conversation about the need for diversity, equity and inclusion. The innovation and know-how of our diverse society–including the resilience of immigrants and refugees–are key to building a future-ready economy that will serve all.
