Elisabetta is an expert in Global Branding and Cross-Cultural Communications. She works with startups to shape their brand and reputation across the globe. Currently, she is Chief Marketing Officer at ContinuumLab.ai, a venture studio that incubates and launches AI startups in Sustainability and Finance.
She started her career at McKinsey & Company then rode the dot com boom as a Managing Director with Burson-Marsteller, a reputation management consultancy, before eventually joining the startup world as CMO of M31 USA, an Italian venture incubator based in Silicon Valley.
Over the years, she has taught cross-cultural communication, public speaking, and leadership courses at various institutions, including the University of San Francisco, the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, and Hult International Business School, where she joined the faculty as Professor of Practice.
