Tej Mehta

Tej is a Social Impact Strategy Consultant at the Monitor Institute by Deloitte where he supports social impact-focused organizations in taking the steps needed to advance progress on pressing societal challenges. He also co-leads Deloitte’s efforts aimed at supporting refugees and is the author of A new home at work, an employer’s guide to fostering inclusion for refugees in the workplace. Outside of his work at Deloitte, Tej is Co-Founder and Co-President of Main Street Relief, a nonprofit helping small businesses respond to and recover from economic crises like COVID-19. He attended Boston College and graduated with a degree in Economics and International Studies.
