Executive Vice President, Head of Compensation and Benefits
Justin Thornton is Executive Vice President, Head of Compensation and Benefits, and a member of the Management Committee for Wells Fargo & Co. In his current role, Justin is responsible for overseeing design, delivery and governance of the company’s global compensation, benefits, and pay functions. Previously, Justin has held roles at Wells Fargo and Barclays in finance, strategy and marketing, was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co., and an investment banker at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. Justin has a dual degree in Economics and History from Yale University, an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and has held FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses (inactive).
