Tammi is a partner in the Financial Services team focused on finance, risk and public policy. She is co-head of the New York Office, Oliver Wyman’s largest office globally. Tammi also co-leads the compliance platform in the Americas and, for more than a decade, has advised global financial institutions across a number of finance and risk management topics including target operating model design, operational process design, regulatory compliance, culture and conduct, and risk appetite. She has also led large regulatory-driven and transformation programs at major global financial institutions.

Since 2018, Tammi has led the Oliver Wyman for Society program and council in New York, focused on generating more impact in the community across social impact activities including volunteering, philanthropy, social impact projects, community service consulting, and non-profit fellowships. She does an extensive amount of pro-bono strategic consulting work with leading non-profits in New York.

Since 2009, Tammi has been a member of Upwardly Global’s New York Leadership Council. She was elected president and vice president of the council in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Tammi graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia with a B. Commerce in Finance, Accounting and Econometrics, and a B. Science in Psychology, and is a CFA charterholder.
