This session will focus on building effective strategies to prepare for USMLE exams.
We will discuss:
- Why study skills matter
- How focus impacts learning
- The role of breaks in improving retention and preventing burnout
Participants will explore restorative vs. non-restorative breaks, simple study-break schedules, and practical ways to structure study time. A breakout conversation will allow space to reflect and share strategies with peers. This session will provide practical tools to support more efficient and sustainable studying throughout the licensing journey.
Note: This event is available only to members of the healthcare cohort that are seeking relicensure.
