For 25 years, Upwardly Global has opened doors for immigrant and refugee professionals to reclaim the careers they worked hard to build.
We’ve helped over 35,000 newcomers find meaningful, career-track jobs that put their skills to work in their new communities.
Today, immigrants are navigating a climate of uncertainty, all while the U.S. increasingly depends on their talent to grow and sustain the workforce.
Upwardly Global’s Promise Renewed Tour is all in the name: we are renewing our commitment to the mission and bringing our new CEO, Gregory Haile, to a city near you.
So, what is it?
The Promise Renewed Tour is a four-city journey that will bring UpGlo directly to our communities.
Across the tour, jobseekers, partners and supporters will experience our mission in action. We’ll be holding networking events for jobseekers, engaging with our employer partners, hosting panel conversations, hearing from our alumni, and spreading the word nationwide that now is the time to prioritize immigrant opportunity.
Featuring our new CEO, Greg Haile, the tour will spotlight Upwardly Global’s legacy of impact and look forward to our next chapter of growth. Meeting the workforce needs of the future will require fully recognizing and activating the talent already here. We’re investing in scaled solutions that connect immigrants professionals to career pathways that help employers fill critical workforce needs.
