This session equips jobseekers with the knowledge and confidence to strategically evaluate and respond to a job offer. Participants will learn how to research market salaries, assess total compensation beyond base pay, and navigate salary negotiations professionally and effectively.
The session also builds awareness around common job scams and workplace norms in the U.S., empowering participants to protect themselves, communicate confidently, and transition successfully into a new role.
