Upwardly Global is thrilled to announce the completion and release of our 2021 Annual Report, detailing our impact, critical donors, partners and leaders, and job-seeker journeys.

In 2021, we sought out valuable partnerships to develop new pathways for refugee and immigrant job seekers in the U.S. Our initiatives ranged from extending critical humanitarian aid during the Afghan Refugee Crisis alongside Afghan allies to serving immigrant healthcare professionals in the U.S. through a groundbreaking model with the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital system.

Last year, we helped nearly 2,000 program participants from over 100 countries of origin reskill or access well-paying jobs in the U.S. with an average salary of $66,000 per year.

In 2022, Upwardly Global will build on our critical work from the previous year while also forging ahead to serve more refugee and immigrant populations.
