Upwardly Global Welcomes Ravi Chanmugam to Its Board of Directors

Upwardly Global is thrilled to announce that Ravi Chanmugam, a Vice Chair at Accenture, has joined the Upwardly Global Board.

With over 24 years of experience in strategy and technology consulting, Ravi advises CEOs, CFOs, and Boards of Directors on large-scale business and technology transformations, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), and digital strategy, focusing on healthcare and life sciences.

Ravi joined Accenture in 2001 and has held leadership roles in Strategy, M&As, and Health and Public Sector practices. Before Accenture, he cofounded a financial services technology firm, worked at McKinsey & Company, and began his career as an actuary and financial analyst.

Since 2018, Ravi has been a dedicated supporter of Upwardly Global and has co-chaired its annual gala celebrations. He was also a David Rockefeller Fellow in connection with the Partnership for New York City, which brings together public sector and business leaders. Additionally, he is a member of the Vestry of Grace Church in New York and a Vice Chair of the 35th reunion campaigns for the Harvard College Fund.

Currently based in New York City, Ravi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard College. He is married to Christina Lucas, an insurance industry executive, and has a teenage son, Aditya.

Ravi brings his extensive leadership and commitment to the Upwardly Global Board, where he continues to work towards creating opportunities for professional immigrants and refugees.
