Upwardly Global’s report, “AI for Impact: How To Thoughtfully Leverage Technology To Deliver on Mission,” was featured in the U.S. edition of the international publication HR Magazine. The piece explores the impact of AI career navigation tools on immigrant, refugee, and asylee job seekers and features an interview with Upwardly Global President and CEO Jina Krause-Vilmar.

“We’re already seeing huge labor shortages in the country right now, across skill levels, across occupations,” [Jina Krause-Vilmar] said. “Whether that’s from doctors and nurses, truck drivers – and yet we’re not at all investing in this untapped talent pool to better equip them with the skills and the ability to access opportunity.”
