As we watch the escalation of attacks on Ukraine, we are gravely concerned for those caught in the rapidly evolving humanitarian crisis and deplore the longer-term consequences, especially for the many who will be seeking refuge.
Upwardly Global’s thoughts are with over 750 staff, current job seekers, and alumni who are from Ukraine, and our wider community of volunteers and partners from the region.
We are committed to supporting workforce inclusion in the U.S. with deep compassion and to helping companies to practice grace and care for their employees; this is especially important in moments like these when global events inflict very real trauma on immigrants in our country.
Upwardly Global will continue to provide strong support to Ukrainians who come as refugees to our shores seeking safety and meaningful employment. Our entire community stands in solidarity with those who are affected by the Ukraine conflict.
