Mike manages the Programmatic Account Strategy team for Google’s Media Platforms division in New York. His team supports the largest US consumer packaged goods brands and their agencies to achieve their digital marketing objectives using Google’s advertising technology platforms. With 10 years of digital media experience at Microsoft (2008-2010) and Google (2010-present), Mike spent time in sales, program management and analytics before moving into people management.
After receiving a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Michigan and moving to NYC in 2008, Mike started working with Upwardly Global as a volunteer and mentor while at Microsoft, where he helped coordinate jobseeker mock interviews, resume workshops, cover letter reviews and networking practice events. He served as President of the New York Leadership Council from 2013-2015 and continues to be an active member of the group, driving Google’s partnership with UpGlo and engaging hundreds of employees each year through advocacy, fundraising and volunteer events.
